Hands-on training in the preparation of several strawberry-based products
The department has successfully conducted a Strawberry Festival on 20th May, 2026. The objective was to promote value addition and post-harvest utilization of locally grown strawberries and enhance the shelf life of locally grown strawberries.
During the program, students received hands-on training in the preparation of several strawberry-based products, which include strawberry jam, squash, ice cream, cakes, and cookies.
